the hotel was peaceful, the staff was incredibly nice, really really nice experience overall. very impressed with guest room with daily appliances.

It was in a central location, by the river.

All fine, but heating issues

Double room had a good bed. The bathroom was spotless, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and fresh towels. The location was incredible and brilliant, just a pleasant stroll away from Principality Stadium.

I found the staff to be very happy to help and the coffee-making facilities in the room added a nice touch for my mornings, just about 2.5 km away, and the iconic Cardiff Bay that's only a short walk away as well. While I appreciated the cleanliness, it could be more convenient to have a bedside lamp for easier reading at night.

Property was good little and beautiful, I appreciated the stay.

My guest room was equipped with free wireless internet and coffee-making facilities. The bedroom was actually large. The staff were incredibly nice and amiable and the location was favourable to come from private residence. Had brunch in the The Gatekeeper, located nearby.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy. I found the shared bathroom to be quite a nuisance, especially with limited availability when needed.

Location was amazin, just a short walk to the city and station. The room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. Plus, got my own shower and toilet which was a nice surprise. Quiet spot so no noise at night and the staff were really friendly, even had a cute dog around! Great value for money, can't believe how cheap it was!

I spent 2 nights in a cozy Double or Twin Room, and I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the relaxing spa. The bed was super comfy and provided great rest after a busy day. Although the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, overall it was a good experience! 🌟

Consider requesting extra tea and coffee supplies upon arrival for a more enjoyable stay.

I really appreciated the hot water available for coffee by the entrance and the easy PIN access to my clean room. It was nice to relax in the cozy lounge and enjoy the outdoor terrace after a busy day. I wish there had been a few more hooks for clothes, but overall, it was a lovely experience! ☕

The single room was pretty cozy. It had a good vibe and felt safe. I liked the tea and coffee facilities. The TV had great channels for chilling out. The bed was comfortable enough for a solid night's sleep. Only downside was the shared bathroom situation-it could get busy at times, but the bathrooms were clean. It served its purpose well.

Great location near the stadium, perfect for event goers. The room felt cozy with a lovely big bay window. Clean facilities made it comfortable. Staff provided a warm welcome. Loved the easy access to the city center-great for exploring. I noticed a few maintenance issues. The shower controls were tricky to operate and there was no hot water in the sink, frustrating. The noise from neighboring rooms could be a bit disruptive at times.
